Bio-Charcoal

We produce high-purity bio-charcoal from coconut shells and palm kernel shells using anaerobic pyrolysis technology optimized for tropical feedstock. Coconut shells, with their naturally dense carbon structure, yield charcoal with excellent adsorption properties and superior carbon sequestration performance.

• Raw materials: Coconut shells from Sabah and Sarawak; palm kernel shells from Selangor and Johor.
• Process: Anaerobic pyrolysis in oxygen-controlled environments, adapted for high-humidity tropical shell materials.
• Applications: Soil water and fertilizer retention in acidic plantation soils, heavy metal adsorption at former agricultural sites, carbon sequestration for palm oil and coconut plantations.
